Job Summary
The position of Territory Manager located in Eugene, Oregon, is essential to driving the success of Charlie Health. The primary focus of this role is to oversee and enhance the effectiveness of the sales initiatives within assigned territories. Given the growing demand for mental health services, the Territory Manager will play a crucial part in connecting our solutions with individuals in need.
Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen sales operations in the designated territory.
- Achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales targets.
- Engage with potential clients and stakeholders to promote Charlie Health’s mental health services.
- Develop strategic approaches to expand market share and reach new customers.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English.
- 1-4 years of demonstrable experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate client relationships.
- Ability to work onsite in Eugene, Oregon.
