**Director of Facilities**
The Director of Facilities leads and manages all aspects of facility operations at the Oaks at Whitaker Glen, encompassing maintenance, life safety adherence, and capital planning. This role includes supervising the facility services team, managing vendor agreements, and ensuring that the physical campus complies with all necessary regulatory and safety requirements. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, such as Facilities Management, Engineering, or Construction Management. Additionally, a minimum of 7 years of advancing leadership experience in facilities management, specifically within senior living or healthcare settings, is essential.
