Job Summary
The Contractor Service Administrator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various service contracts related to facility maintenance, which encompasses areas such as janitorial services, pest management, and utility systems. This role includes collaboration with the purchasing department during the RFP processes and ensuring that all vendors comply with the standards set by SpaceX, the Air Force, and NASA.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate service contracts for facility maintenance.
- Collaborate with purchasing during the RFP process.
- Ensure compliance of vendors with SpaceX, Air Force, and NASA standards.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent credential.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
- Ability to pass an Air Force background investigation.
