Job Summary
The Sports Medicine Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Orange County, CA area, focusing on training and sales within operating rooms. This position involves engaging with physicians and medical accounts to foster conversions and enhance customer relationships through direct calls and collaboration during surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Engage with orthopedic surgeons and medical accounts to promote and convert them to using products.
- Provide operational room (OR) support and coverage while ensuring effective training of surgeons on product usage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical field.
- Deliver presentations and trainings to medical professionals to increase product knowledge and usage.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of direct sales experience, with 2-4 years focused on medical devices preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully converting accounts and enhancing business relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage with surgeons.
- Ability to work onsite and provide necessary OR support.
