Job Summary
The Clinical Manager is tasked with managing the daily activities and overseeing patient care provided by a team of clinicians in a home health environment. This role includes the responsibility for improving clinical outcomes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and offering guidance and mentorship to team members.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and patient care initiatives of field clinicians.
- Drive clinical outcomes and ensure high-quality standards in patient care.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide mentorship and support to clinical staff members.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse with an active licensure in Georgia.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a home health setting or 3-5 years of experience as a field nurse is required.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and experience with OASIS and Home Care Home-Base software is essential.
