We are seeking a skilled Wire EDM Machine Operator to work in our Fraser, Michigan facility. This role involves operating various wire electrical discharge machines to produce high-precision components while adhering to safety standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have prior experience in wire EDM processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate multiple wire EDM machines to manufacture parts according to specifications.
- Conduct inspections of finished products and accurately document the results.
- Write estimates for machining projects and assist with planning production schedules.
- Adhere to all safety protocols in the operation of machinery.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience operating wire EDM machines.
- Familiarity with fast hole EDM techniques is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
