Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly GAAP financial statements, including providing variance commentary.
- Serve as an internal check on financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Address inquiries related to financial data and operations.
- Oversee state and local tax filings, collaborating with external accounting partners.
- Apply expertise in startup or SaaS operational frameworks to enhance financial strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong background in accounting, particularly within a startup or SaaS environment.
- Experience in managing financial reporting and compliance in accordance with GAAP.
- Proficient in financial analysis and commentary on variances.
