Job Summary
The Membership Growth Specialist is responsible for fostering and nurturing relationships with community partners as well as seniors to enhance patient enrollment. This role involves engaging in outreach efforts, organizing educational events, and effectively using CRM tools to monitor sales achievements and growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain partnerships with community organizations and senior groups to boost patient enrollment.
- Execute outreach initiatives and coordinate educational events aimed at informing potential members.
- Utilize CRM systems to assess sales performance and strategize growth initiatives.
- Engage with the community through local travel to strengthen relationships.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of proven experience in sales.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally for community involvement.
