The LPN will provide nursing care in accordance with physician-ordered treatment plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. They are responsible for observing and reporting changes in patient conditions and providing ongoing education to clients and their families. Candidates must hold a valid Kansas or Compact Licensed Practical Nursing license and a valid driver’s license. Strong organizational, self-management, and compassionate customer service skills are required for this role.
