Job Summary
The Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations within the facility located in Oxon Hill, Maryland. This role involves leveraging a clinical background, such as Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Physician Assistant (PA), to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. The position is exempt under the FLSA and reports directly to the Director of Patient Services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage site operating budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Monitor and maintain supply inventories to support clinical operations.
- Control costs and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Act as a key liaison between clinical staff and management to optimize care delivery.
Qualifications
- A valid clinical background, such as being a CMA, LPN, RN, or PA.
- Demonstrated experience in managing clinical operations effectively.
- Strong financial acumen to oversee budgeting and revenue generation.
