Job Summary
The Senior Manager of AI & Automation will play a pivotal role in constructing and guiding an engineering team focused on creating Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation solutions for the organization. This position entails the management of the complete AI portfolio, ensuring successful delivery, reliability, governance, and cost efficiency while collaborating with business leaders to enhance production capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performance engineering team dedicated to AI and automation.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or applied AI.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, directly managing teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
- Extensive technical knowledge in large language models (LLMs) and AI orchestration.
- Proven track record in delivering technology solutions at scale.
