Job Summary
This position is centered on performing operational evaluations, cost-benefit analysis, and examining workflows to enhance the effectiveness of the organization. The analyst will be responsible for guiding the creation of performance metrics and dashboards, working closely with stakeholders to establish goals for improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in management analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
