Job Summary
The primary function of this role is to conduct routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, addressing technical problems as they arise, and ensuring optimal tool performance and uptime. This position also involves working in collaboration with engineering teams, vendors, and other departments to enhance equipment reliability, tackle yield issues, document maintenance activities, and promote continuous improvement, all while adhering to safety protocols and cleanroom standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and preventive maintenance on manufacturing tools.

Qualifications
- An associate degree in electronics or industrial manufacturing, or equivalent relevant experience.
- A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance within semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Strong foundational skills in pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with semiconductor tools and maintenance documentation practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot effectively and communicate well with team members.
- Commitment to following established safety protocols and cleanroom procedures.
