Job Summary
This position entails conducting performance trend evaluations, overseeing server and network capacity, and deploying technical solutions aimed at refining or resolving system functionalities. The engineer will also develop support documentation and leverage automation and monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential system challenges.
Responsibilities
- Perform performance trend analysis to ensure optimal system efficiency.
- Manage the capacity of servers and networks effectively.
- Implement technical solutions to improve or troubleshoot existing systems.
- Create comprehensive support documentation for processes and solutions.
- Utilize automation and monitoring tools to preemptively tackle system issues.
- Collaborate with vendors on the integration of new installations.
- Provide ongoing technical support for system enhancements and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in the field.
- In-depth knowledge of Storage Area Networks, including familiarity with Brocade, HPe, and Dell arrays.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with vendors.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills.
