Job Summary
The Staff Engineering Analyst is responsible for spearheading the technical strategy for comprehensive safety assessment of scaled GenAI applications while designing the complete evaluation infrastructure. This role includes executing cross-departmental gap assessments and acting as a key decision-maker for important safety concerns.
Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation of the technical roadmap for GenAI safety evaluations.
- Architect and develop an end-to-end evaluation infrastructure for safety assessments.
- Conduct cross-organizational gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Make critical decisions regarding safety escalations in the evaluation process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis and project management.
- Preferred proficiency in machine learning systems.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or C++.
