**Job Title: Kettle Cook**
The Kettle Cook is responsible for carrying out daily production plans by batching, mixing, and cooking recipes in steam kettles, while maintaining high standards of safety, sanitation, and quality. Collaboration with the Production Manager and sanitation teams is essential to keep equipment in good condition and guarantee that all products align with customer specifications. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in manufacturing or processing and must hold a valid food handler’s certification. The position requires the capability to lift weights up to 40 lbs, adhere to detailed procedural guidelines, and perform effectively in a dynamic, temperature-variable setting.
