The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all machinery and equipment operate smoothly and efficiently. This role encompasses diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand electrical schematics.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in industrial environments.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
