Job Summary
The Senior Clinical Research Associate is responsible for conducting both on-site and remote monitoring visits to confirm that investigational sites are properly equipped and adhere to study protocols. This role also includes providing training to site personnel and engaging in the mentorship and evaluation of junior associates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits to ensure compliance with study protocols at investigational sites.
- Train site staff on study procedures and protocols.
- Support the mentoring and performance evaluation of junior team members.
Qualifications
- A degree from a college or university in Life Sciences is required.
- Substantial experience in on-site monitoring within phase 2/3 clinical trials is essential.
- Fluency in English is necessary.
- Willingness to travel nationally is required, with a preference for prior experience in oncology or rare disease studies.
