**Job Title: Automation Technician**
The Automation Technician is responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, and repairing automation, robotics, and control systems to maintain high operational availability. In addition to these tasks, the technician will provide mentorship to maintenance staff, spearhead root cause analysis related to equipment downtime, and ensure all activities are accurately recorded in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Ideal candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in automation, robotics, and PLC programming, along with proficiency in interpreting technical schematics. A high school diploma is mandatory, while an associate degree in electronic technology is preferred.
