Job Summary
The Supervisor is tasked with managing all aspects of inspection and parts preparation, which encompasses Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) procedures, ensuring compliance with quality standards and timelines. This role involves leadership of a varied team and the maintenance of precise inspection documentation, along with the issuance of Certificates of Conformance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the inspection processes and parts preparation operations.
- Manage Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) activities.
- Lead and guide a diverse team in inspection practices.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance and project schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and activities.
- Issue Certificates of Conformance as required.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- NDT certification is mandatory.
- Extensive experience in inspection or manufacturing settings.
- Strong ability to interpret complex technical drawings and GD&T.
- Proficient in operating various industrial equipment.
