Responsibilities
- Establish technical direction for the engineering team.
- Manage engineering standards to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the design processes to ensure they are sound and up to date.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline is required.
- More than 20 years of relevant experience in nuclear power generation or design.
- A minimum of 10 years of advanced leadership experience in managing large, multidisciplinary engineering teams.
