Job Summary
The Hardware R&D Technical Lead is tasked with overseeing the headquarters team engaged in the provisioning, construction, testing, and upkeep of the Moxi robot fleet. This position is critical for ensuring operational continuity, coordinating hardware validation with the engineering department, and managing depot operations to achieve deployment objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the HQ team’s activities related to the Moxi robot fleet.
- Ensure the operational uptime of the robotic systems.
- Coordinate hardware validation processes in collaboration with engineering.
- Oversee depot operations to align with deployment targets.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electromechanical systems or robotics hardware.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role directly managing a team.
- Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting and quality control procedures.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
