Job Summary
The role involves delivering advanced patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This includes assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), performing various procedures and therapies, as well as monitoring patient conditions. The position necessitates a commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and hygienic environment, adhering strictly to infection control and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing advanced patient care as directed by an RN.
- Support patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Conduct medical procedures and therapies as appropriate.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and conditions.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment, following all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Current certification in BLS or CPR is mandatory.
- Completion of designated training programs is required.
