Job description
In this role, you will engage with customers to identify their requirements and assist them in exploring financial solutions through both incoming and outgoing calls. Responsibilities include addressing concerns, posing additional questions, and upholding a constructive, target-focused attitude. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be available to work a standard 40-hour week, which includes Saturdays. A valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation are necessary, as well as the ability to successfully complete pre-employment assessments.
