The primary focus of the OR Nurse is to ensure the safety and well-being of patients undergoing surgical procedures by meticulously managing their care throughout the operation.
Responsibilities
- Verify patient consents and confirm the surgical site prior to procedures.
- Review and assess medical history to ensure comprehensive patient understanding.
- Maintain a sterile environment and manage surgical instruments and supplies.
- Assist the surgeon during the surgical procedures as required.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
