Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Set up and sanitize equipment before use.
- Operate machinery according to food safety and standard procedures.
- Break down and clean equipment following production runs.
- Prepare, inspect, and cook potatoes, ensuring they meet established quality standards.
- Process cabbage in compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- 1 to 3 months of related work experience is advantageous or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to comprehend documentation in English.
- Proficient in basic mathematical calculations.
- Capable of lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must acquire a forklift or pallet jack certification.
