Responsibilities
- Assist in the optimization of production processes through data analysis.
- Engage in process mapping to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of Lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop necessary documentation.
- Conduct time studies to assess and enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in root cause analysis to address process deficiencies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
- Familiarity with engineering tools such as CAD software and Excel is preferred.
