Job Summary
The Materials & Manufacturing Services Manager is responsible for overseeing operations related to materials management, scheduling for production, and the management of product data. The primary aim of this role is to facilitate a smooth and efficient manufacturing process while ensuring high standards of productivity and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate material operations and production schedules to optimize the manufacturing workflow.
- Maintain the integrity and precision of data in ERP systems.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement among team members to achieve and exceed production targets.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of six years of experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a production context.
