Job Summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience managing multisite operations in complex, sophisticated environments.
- Proficiency in Lean methodologies and Six Sigma practices.
- Strong financial acumen with relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance operational performance and manage geographically diverse teams.
