Job Summary
The Home Care Aide is responsible for delivering individualized support to elderly clients in their residences. This role involves assisting with personal care necessities, including grooming and meal planning, as well as light housekeeping tasks and providing transportation to appointments and errands.
Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with personal care activities, including grooming and meal preparation.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean living environment.
- Accompany clients to various appointments and run necessary errands.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A high school diploma or GED is necessary, or at least one year of relevant caregiving experience.
