We are in search of a proficient BMC Remedy ITSM Systems Engineer to join our team in San Diego, California. This role will focus on supporting and enhancing our enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with various operating systems and application servers to ensure optimal service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and management of BMC Remedy ITSM solutions.
- Enhance existing ITSM processes and systems for improved efficiency.
