Job Summary
The selected candidate will be responsible for performing thorough investigations and analyses of transactions and client relationships, ensuring adherence to laws regarding economic and financial sanctions. This role will act as a primary contact for internal queries related to sanctions and work alongside various business units to effectively reduce sanctions-related risks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed investigations and analyses for compliance with economic and financial sanctions.
- Act as a liaison for internal inquiries pertaining to sanctions.
- Collaborate with different business units to manage and mitigate sanctions risk.
Qualifications
- A college degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience in either a financial institution or a governmental agency.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. economic and financial sanctions, emphasizing OFAC regulations.
