Job Summary
The Nursing Professional Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in evaluating educational needs, designing training programs, and promoting nursing standards within the Critical Care department. This position involves working closely with interprofessional teams to enhance quality improvement initiatives, facilitate evidence-based practices, and foster professional development among staff.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license.
- Master’s degree in nursing education.
- Three to five years of clinical experience in a specialty area.
- Certification in Basic Life Support.
