**Job Title: Help Desk Specialist**
The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for delivering front-line assistance for the Medicaid Integrity Institute, addressing inquiries and managing portal access for training participants. This role requires working closely with the team to provide timely support throughout the training process—before, during, and after events—while also identifying opportunities for process enhancements. Applicants are required to possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or help desk operations. Knowledge of ticketing systems such as Jira and experience in supporting web-based learning platforms are essential.
