Job Summary
The Manufacturing Quality Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of quality within the manufacturing process. This position is responsible for implementing quality assurance measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitating continuous improvement efforts to enhance product reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine quality control procedures.
- Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making.
- Provide training to staff on best practices in quality management and assurance.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality documentation, including policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
