Job Summary
The role entails the development, coordination, and oversight of Building Information Modeling (BIM) deliverables specifically for water and wastewater initiatives. The focus will be on creating Revit-based models for piping and utilities, as well as associated documentation and drawings.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and management of BIM deliverables relating to water and wastewater projects.
- Utilize Revit to produce detailed piping and utility models.
- Ensure cross-disciplinary coordination of models and perform quality assurance checks.
- Uphold BIM standards and maintain content integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical assistance, training, and mentorship for project teams.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required, alongside a minimum of four years of pertinent experience or equivalent educational background.
- Proficiency in Revit and strong familiarity with piping design or modeling principles.
- Experience with BIM software and standards is essential.
- Preferred candidates will have at least five years of experience supporting water and wastewater projects, as well as a solid background in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience in process mechanical piping coordination and involvement in multidisciplinary infrastructure projects is advantageous.
