Job Summary
The NGS Applications Specialist will be responsible for providing expert support and application guidance in next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies. This role involves assisting clients with the implementation and optimization of NGS workflows while ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in the selection and application of NGS technologies and techniques.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and resolve technical issues related to NGS processes.
- Conduct training sessions and demonstrations to educate clients on NGS products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
- Maintain documentation and records for client interactions and software usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Molecular Biology or Genomics.
- Strong knowledge of NGS technologies and bioinformatics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve complex technical issues and work closely with clients.
- Experience in a laboratory environment is preferred.
