The role of Technical Training Manager involves delivering technical knowledge and training to sales teams, distributors, and contractors, while also assisting in the sales process by generating leads. This position requires collaboration with internal teams to remain informed about product updates and to offer field support for both new and existing offerings. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in mechanical and electrical boiler applications, along with at least five years of relevant experience in hydronics or field sales. A high school diploma is mandatory, while a technical bachelor’s degree or certification is highly preferred.
