Job description
The Patent Agent will be responsible for managing various aspects of intellectual property, including the preparation and prosecution of patents, as well as overseeing the patent portfolio. This position requires conducting strategic analyses and providing legal opinions, along with maintaining substantial direct interactions with clients. Applicants should have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and must be registered with the USPTO. Prior experience in areas such as networking, cloud computing, and telecommunications, especially with 3GPP standards, is highly desirable.
