The Registered Nurse (RN) is a crucial member of the healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in various clinical settings. Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the relevant state or jurisdiction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree).
- Strong clinical and assessment skills, along with the ability to respond to patient needs swiftly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in patient care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is typically required; additional certifications may be preferred.
