Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a crucial member of the healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in various clinical settings. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans based on patient assessments and physician directives.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
  • Document patient care activities and progress thoroughly in medical records.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and improve patient outcomes.
  • Respond to emergencies and changes in patient conditions promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse license in the relevant state or jurisdiction.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree).
  • Strong clinical and assessment skills, along with the ability to respond to patient needs swiftly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in patient care.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is typically required; additional certifications may be preferred.
