Key responsibilities encompass managing a case load, leading Child and Family Team discussions, and collaborating with both internal and external care providers. Applicants are required to possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a similar discipline. A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical treatment or care coordination with children and adolescents is necessary.
