The Maintenance Scheduler plays a crucial role in organizing, coordinating, and enhancing the daily operations of the Residential Maintenance team to ensure optimal productivity and high service standards. This position acts as the main hub for receiving work orders, determining their priority, arranging schedules, and coordinating with vendors. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent skills in scheduling, prioritization, and time management, along with advanced proficiency in CRM, CMMS, and Microsoft Office tools. Experience in areas such as field service dispatch, logistics, or maintenance operations is highly desirable, and a strong focus on customer service is essential.
