Job Summary
We are seeking a Trauma Nurse (RN Telemetry) for a contractual role in Cleveland, OH, for a duration of 13 weeks. This position requires a dedicated registered nurse with a focus on telemetry to provide essential care and monitoring of patients in a trauma setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to trauma patients within a telemetry unit.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions effectively.
- Administer medications and treatments as per established guidelines.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery processes.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemetry or related field.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Verification of necessary licenses and certifications.
- Ability to pass health and safety screenings, including immunizations and background checks.
- Proficient in the use of electronic health records and telemetry equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts as required by the position.
