Job Summary
The Registered Nurse plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional care for patients in the Heart & Vascular ICU. This position is focused on managing a caseload of individuals while providing comprehensive support and coordinating efforts among the interdisciplinary medical team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and deliver high-quality patient care in the Heart & Vascular ICU.
- Coordinate and direct care by working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
- Offer physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
- Maintain a safe and effective environment for patient care.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Prior experience as an RN in a hospital setting is preferred.
