Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for crafting and executing nursing care plans that are centered on patient needs. They play a crucial role in observing and conveying patient health statuses to the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication throughout the care process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient-centered nursing care strategies.
- Monitor and relay patient conditions to the interdisciplinary care team.
- Educate patients and their families regarding care and health management.
- Support patients with activities of daily living to facilitate safe transitions in care.
Qualifications
- Possession of a current RN license in Michigan.
- Associate degree in nursing with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree.
- Basic Life Support certification is required.
- Experience in medical-surgical or critical care environments is preferred.
