Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social and recreational activities for residents, tailored to their interests and needs.
- Maintain engagement through various activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Collaborate with team members to follow the monthly activity calendar effectively.
- Ensure a supportive and safe environment for residents during all activities.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Prior experience in organizing activities is desirable.
- Possession of a Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card is required within 30 days of employment.
- CNA/LNA certification is advantageous but not essential.
