Job Summary
The role involves providing personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions in either home or clinical environments. The therapist will be responsible for documenting and tracking session data meticulously while working in partnership with caregivers and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to execute behavior intervention strategies and programs focused on skill development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic locations.
- Accurately collect and maintain session data to monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with caregivers to ensure effective behavioral interventions are applied.
- Assist BCBAs in implementing skill acquisition programs tailored to individual client needs.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or have completed a 40-hour RBT training course.
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license to travel to various locations.
- Experience working with children across diverse age groups and abilities is necessary.
