Job Summary
The RN Clinician is responsible for providing safe and effective nursing care while tailoring patient care plans in alignment with the AACN Synergy Model. This role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and includes mentoring staff along with engaging in quality improvement initiatives to uphold the organization’s standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized nursing care that adheres to established safety and effectiveness standards.
- Develop and personalize patient care plans using the AACN Synergy Model as a framework.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to nursing staff to foster professional development.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and unencumbered Registered Nursing License in Georgia.
- Required educational background includes either a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with at least 12 months of related experience or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory; additional certifications like Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on departmental needs.
