The Nursing Educator collaborates with leadership to assess, develop, and implement educational programming for nursing and non-nursing personnel. They act as a key resource for staff orientation, continuing education, and clinical competency across assigned critical care units. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related specialty and have at least three years of acute care nursing experience. Current state nursing licenses and certifications are required to perform the duties of the role.
