Job Summary
The role involves delivering Tier I/II technical support for both cloud-based and on-premises resources while ensuring thorough documentation is maintained in Wiki and SharePoint. This position serves as the main technical liaison for users and is responsible for escalating more sophisticated issues to higher-level support teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier I/II technical assistance for cloud and local resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and solutions in Wiki and SharePoint.
- Act as the primary technical resource for users seeking assistance.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to higher-tier support teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- IAT II certification, such as Security+, is mandatory.
- Entry-level cloud certification is required.
- Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
