Job Summary
We are in search of a committed and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become a valuable member of our Family Medicine team in Abbeville, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care and providing education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medication management, and overall health maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients within a Family Medicine setting.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families about treatment protocols and medication plans.
- Assist with health maintenance and preventive care initiatives.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Appropriate certification and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Demonstrable experience in a clinical environment, preferably in family medicine.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and collaboration with the healthcare team.
