Job description
The Accounting Technician is responsible for overseeing resident accounts, which includes reconciling account balances, making necessary adjustments, and investigating any discrepancies. This role also entails managing the collections process for previous tenants and generating a variety of financial reports, including Rent Rolls and Occupancy Reports. Applicants should possess an associate degree in accounting or a similar discipline, along with two years of applicable experience or education. Preference will be given to those with experience in accounting within governmental, property management, or non-profit sectors.
